Sessions between sessions
Come back to this whenever you need to.
A quiet corner of my practice where the worksheets live, the journal is always open, and nothing depends on you remembering a piece of paper.
Why I built this

The end of sessions looked the same... I'd walk to the filing cabinet, find the worksheet I wanted you to have... assuming I hadn't run out, which I often had. You'd fold it into a bag or a coat pocket. And then, more often than not, that was the last either of us saw of it.
Not because the work didn't matter. Because life is loud, and a folded piece of paper is easy to lose.
I kept noticing the same thing. The most useful part of therapy often happens in the days between appointments — the moment something clicks on a Tuesday afternoon, or the night you can't sleep and want somewhere to put it down. That was the part I'd been asking people to capture on a photocopy they'd left at home.
So I made this instead.
Everything I might hand you is here, always in stock, always the current version. You can fill something in on your phone on the bus, or at the kitchen table at eleven at night. When you're ready, it comes straight to me — so we can pick it up together, instead of spending the first ten minutes of our next session reconstructing what you meant to write down.
Nothing is stored on this site. No account, no password, nothing to forget. You write, you send, and it's with me.
Think of it as sessions between sessions. Use it when it helps. Leave it when it doesn't. There is no wrong way to do this, and nothing here is homework you can fail.

The work doesn't stop when the hour does. This is where it continues.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them are difficult.
Choose what fits
Pick the worksheet I suggested, browse by theme, or open the journal if you'd rather just write.
Take your time
Work on your phone or your laptop. There's no timer, and no one is watching you type.
Send it to me
One tap and it arrives in my inbox — and nowhere else. No copy is kept on this site.
The library
Everything I'd otherwise be photocopying.
Reflections grouped by what they're for — anxiety, grief, confidence, self-compassion, body image, connection. If I've suggested one, it's waiting here. If you'd rather follow your own instinct, that's just as welcome.

The journal
Some weeks there's no worksheet for it.
The journal is a blank page with a prompt if you want one and none if you don't. Type it out, or press the microphone and talk it through — whichever is easier that day.
Open the journalQuestions
The things people usually want to ask.
- Do I need to make an account?
- No. There's nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. You open the page, you write, you send.
- What happens to what I write?
- It's emailed directly to me, and nothing is saved on this website — not your answers, not your name, not a draft. Once you press send, this site has no copy of it.
- Do I have to finish it in one sitting?
- It's best to, because nothing is kept here if you close the tab. If you'd rather work slowly, write it somewhere else first and paste it in when you're ready.
- What if I don't finish it, or don't do it at all?
- Then we talk about that instead. This isn't graded. Not doing it is often information worth having.
- Can I do one you didn't suggest?
- Please do.
- Who else can see this?
- Only me. Your entry travels over an encrypted connection and lands in my inbox.
